Depending on the cleaning situation, we use standard products to clean and disinfect. Items for the kitchen and bath are non abrasive and won’t damage marble, granite or corian counters or sinks.
Of course you are entitled to request Green Based cleaning products. Typically there is an added fee to use these specialty items. Typically these items, due to their no-chemical make-up, do not have the cleaning power as common cleaners and take longer to use.
In order to provide additional peace of mind for our customers, our employees are bonded, As a company, we have always been since and will always remain fully insured.
You do not have to be present when we are cleaning, and we would prefer you not be home as it tends to prolong the cleaning process. Please let us know if you prefer to be in the home as we clean, and we will discuss our hourly-rate charges.
Like any service, rates vary based on services required. We will have a rough idea of charges based on a few questions. We can have a detailed estimate prepared for you based on seeing your home and speaking with you to discuss your specific needs.
